Eleven Atlantic 2011 Toys for Tots

Tuesday, December 13, 2011 we hosted our 7th annual Toys for Tots Party at the North Beach Bistro in Atlantic Beach, FL. We would like to say “thank you” to everyone who helped make this event a huge success. We are so grateful for all the support you give us and the love you share with the children every year; you continue to amaze us with your generosity.

The Marines as well as Santa joined us in our celebration. There was great food, drinks and fun had by everyone. But, the best part of the evening was when we loaded the toys and found we could not fit all of them in the military 8 ton truck; we also filled a cargo van.

Thank you to everyone who helped us with this event, our clients, the local businesses and our associates in the financial industry. EVERYONE of you made this event possible.   Click here to see the pictures!

Big Island to Kauai 8/28/2011

Time on the Big Island has come to an end and now we move on to Kauai, the week of our trip.

We stayed at the Marriott, a beautiful hotel with the largest pool on the island and a great beach as well.

Duke's is also on property and we ate Laua pie as often as we could.  Click here for pictures.

Chicago Pizza Toga Night

Another great night at Chicago Pizza in Fleming Island, FL.  College Football and a Toga Party all in one night.  Good food, Good Drinks, Good Friends!  What a life!

Regina's Birthday Bash!

Reggie turned 50 and Rob managed to keep a secret. Regina looked stunning as always, and this time she was also stunned. Rob secretly planned a party and managed to keep it from her, that was a surprise in itself. Regina was surprised and happy to find friends from far away who came to be part of her day. Great food, great band and great friends, what better way to celebrate. Here’s to many more birthdays and maybe another party somewhere along the line. Enjoy the pictures!

Big Island 8/27/2011

The one thing that we never miss when we go to Hawaii is a trip to the volcano. We spent a night at a B&B in Pahio (awesome breakfast) close to the volcano, we saw an area of the volcano we had never experienced. It is on the other side of Volcano National Par, you cannot reach this area by Chain of Craters Road any longer due to lava overflowing the road. It is so eerie to homes that are still occupied out in the middle of an active volcano field. The one disappointment this trip was there was no active lava flowing, it was our first visit with no flowing lava. We walked thru Thurston volcano tube and made many stops see the scenery as we made our way back to Kona. We ended our excursion with sunset at Southpoint, one of my favorite places. The wave action was incredible due to a storm off the coast.  Here are the pictures.

Happy Birthday Linda!

Daniel and Brooke Fricke gave his Mom Linda the best Suprise Birthday Party ever!  People came from South Florida to South Carolina to share in the celebration.  A great time was had by all!  Enjoy the pictures!

Big Island 8/26/2011

We did a two day trip around the Big Island, we headed up the coast from Kona and stopped at a few beautiful beaches on the way to Wiapio Valley.  Back on the road and after a few waterfall stops we found our way to Hilo, the scenery is breath taking on this island.  We spent the night at The Coconut Hut  B&B close to the volcano and had a wonderful dinner at Keleio’s.  Here are the pictures!

Big Island 8/25/2011

 This was one of the best days of the trip. We spent the morning exploring the Kona area.  Then we went on a night snorkel/dive with the Manta Rays.  These beautiful creatures were amazing, so graceful and playful and very large.  Some of them were over 14 ft across, and they were quite friendly as well, they came within just a few feet of us.  The lights drew in the plankton and the Manta’s came for dinner and gave us a show.  As you can see Rex and Ivona love playing dress up in the dive gear.  Enjoy the pictures!

Big Island 8/24/2011

Rex, Ivona and Rose spent the day exploring the island, visiting several of our favorite places.  We were surprised at how much change there was in 4 years.  Mike and Marjie went on a shore dive off the Kona coast.  We ended the day with a wonderful luau, the show was great and the food was delicious (ono). Big Island 8/23/2011

We started our day with breakfast at Cheeseburger in Paradise, yum, they make great eggs as well. We visited old royal grounds commonly known as Sanctuary (this is a place if you offended the royals or the gods you could get cleansed and re-enter society without being killed for your sins.
We snorkled a bit in one of our favorite sites, but Ivona couldnt get her mask to seal properly so she stayed up and caught the rays (she was so sad, not... she loves the sun). 
We ended our day with dinner at Bubba Gumps and sunset at our special place, every time we come to the islands we always visit our "photo stump".  Enjoy the scenery we did.  Miss everyone back home.....

Maui to the Big Island 8/22/2011

This set and the one behind it are a bit mixed, both the same day.  We visited SoakIvona one last time and made our way from Maui to the Big Island (Rose's favorite island).  Pictures hare!

Maui August 21, 2011

The second day of our vacation was spent driving the road to Hana.  Lots of pictures, lots of rain, lots of fun and a hike that wouldn't end!  Enjoy the pictures!

Maui August 19th, 2011

Our first full day of vacation was spent on the Island of Maui.  We spent the day exploring the island while Mike and Marjie went on a dive trip. We found a wonderful area we named SoakIvona, she was unexpectedly soaked by a large wave. We closed out the evening with an ocean front dinner and a Hawaiian show, Ulalena. Happy Birthday Cindy

And who thought Jack could keep anything from Cindy! Jack and friends managed to pull off the surprise party of year for Cindy’s 60th birthday bash, even Elvis joined the festivities.

Cindy, the ultimate Elvis fan, was so excited and surprised she didn’t know what to do, by the end of the evening even Jack was impersonating Elvis (photos included).

Dominican Republic visit 2/26/2011
